There
are nice conditions since quite some days now, although the past two days
have been more for kiteboarding and freestyle. On the water it's getting
quite busy at the moment, as the first summer- tourists already arrived.
Jochen Stolz, a young German, who's living on the island since several
years, grabs the daily water- action on video and shows the best crashes
and other highlights every night in his (new) bar "cha cha",in the center
of El Médano- so give your best ! Someone who definetly gave his
best last week was Bart David, World Cupper and craziest local, pushing
himself into a true "double- mania". On some days he made more double Frontloops
than other sailors jibes (Daniel Bruch:"Whenever I saw Bart somewhere,
I saw him rotating twice..."). After landing some completly dry, he was
ready to offer the key to perfect doubles, to all of us: "just go fully
powered up to the limit, jump super - high and rotate as quick as
